appointments:

If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know! If we are informed within the first 2 weeks after your original appointment, we will schedule a 're-do' appointment with your stylist, at no charge. 

If you are running late, we do allow a 15 minute grace period. If it falls beyond the 15 minutes we will do our best to make up the time lost and keep the service appointment.

NEW CLIENTS:

A credit card will be required to schedule an appointment. Refer to our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require 24 hours advances notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If less then 24 hours a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment will be charged. If there is no notice of a cancellation and a 'no show' occurs, the full service fee will be charged.

product:

All of our products are guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with your product purchase, we will take returns within 60 days of purchase. Unused products can expect a full refund on the original payment method. Used products, can be returned for retail credit. 

text messaging:

We may contract with companies or persons to provide certain services including text marketing, credit card processing, scheduling software, shipping, data analysis and management, promotional services, etc. - collectively, Service Providers. We provide our Service Providers with the information needed for them to perform these services for our business.

We DO NOT share your personal information with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes; we do not buy, sell, or share text messaging opt-in information.
