Kim started Modena in 2013. She has been a hair stylist in the bay area for over 20 years. She wanted to build a salon where stylist and client can come together and enjoy beauty and grooming in a relaxing and enjoyable, yet professional, atmosphere.

Keila, a Berkeley native, has been a stylist for 13 years in the bay area, specializing in hair color. She trained under a world renowned colorist in San Francisco and Walnut Creek.
She’s thorough and keeps her clients informed on how to maintain the health and look of their hair. She loves creating a look for her clients that fits their lifestyle and personality.

Chase has been a stylist for over 25 years and is dedicated to her craft. She loves helping her clients reach their hair goals, understand their hair and maintaining their personal style outside of the salon.
She is proficient in all types of scissor and razor cutting as well as coloring, specializing in balayage.
CORYNNE

VESI
Vesi has over 30 years of experience in haircutting and color. He started his career training under a top hairstylist in Bulgaria and furthered his education in Germany and France and has called the Bay Area ‘home’ for over 20 years.
